Welcome to Chessher and Associates! We are very pleased that you are interested in real estate in our area. Located in Cooper, Texas, just north of Cooper Lake, we are about an hour and a half northeast of Dallas. We specialize in farms, ranches, country properties and small town homes. We are members of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and members of one of the largest Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in the nation. We get newcomers involved in our community. We will celebrate Chessher and Associates 30th anniversary this year!
